A shell of what it once was. Despite the awe inspiring leadership of black mayors like Coleman Young and Kwame Kilpatrick, Detroit has become just another black city with black problems. One of the most dangerous and violent cities in America, corruption abounds within it’s government. Virtually bankrupt, the city has become a third world cesspool.
